We are a fast growing busy law firm located at CBD Sydney is looking for candidates to fill in paralegal positions.
Position Summary:
1.General office admin duties including answering phones, distribute documents, file recording and scanning and photocopying etc.;
2.Maintaining and manage files, including filing;
3.Sending and receiving correspondence, greeting clients and customers, setting up conference rooms, reply email to external agents, clients and internal colleagues, follow up and amend clients’ information if needed;
4.Strictly follow instructions from supervisor;
5.May go out to attend settlement and attend bank to collect cheques; and
6.May be assigned with other tasks from time to time, including but not limiting to simple accounting tasks.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Mandarin/Cantonese speakers a must.
2.Candidates must be responsible, fast learning,honest, hard working and good at team work.
3.NAATI certified preferred.
Salary package are negotiable depending on the candidate’s attributes and experiences.
All candidates must have appropriate visa permitting them to work in Australia.
