Hedera is a multi million dollars turn over bulk produce exporter. We are currently seeking for aLogistics Administration Assistant to help with the company's day to day performanceof its Logistics and Customer Service functions. Reporting to the OperationsManager. Key duties are as below:

Therole

· Data entry of Driver Worksheets

· Processing invoices

· Processing subcontractor driver payments

· Assisting with driver payroll

· Tabulating daily, weekly & monthly KPIs

· General administration

Requirements

· Proven administration skills and experience

· Fast and accurate typing abilities

· Strongwritten and verbal communication skills

· Minimum Intermediate MS Excel skills

· The ability to work well in a fast paced environment and tostrict deadlines

· Previous experience working in transport will highlyregarded.
